In 2022 the EMI and METRO AG will work together on a series of roundtables entitled Skills for the Future, with the aim to further encourage debates on a common outlook on the EU and to bring together different segments of European society.
Bringing together social partners, civil society, policy experts from think-tanks and academia, and the EU institutions, this first roundtable will be the opportunity for participants to meet and exchange views on labour shortage during the pandemic and the recovery, and to foster discussions on common challenges and innovative solutions.
